Maybe, if they didn't do the bike, a twinlinked plasma gun that doesn't get hot in lieu of the standard heavy bolter...that would make the support squadrons maybe worth taking...4-5 of those swooping in to double-tap without fear of a meltdown would be worth 50ppm, no? And it'd be a better deal than yet another "one per squadron" option of a plasma cannon...let sammy keep his exclusive franchise on that, eh?
