Iron hands 1750 point army

Hi folks,

It's not often I post a finished army as I have the tendency to jump from model to model / project to project in painting and converting. However, recently my friend ran his third blog wars tournament and I set myself the goal of getting one of my longstanding projects painted up for it. It was a huge last minute effort and I had to really ramp up the painting when it got to two weeks off and not a single model was finished but in the end I got there and beat of some stiff competition to claim best painted army.

For more info on the army theme and more pics please visit my blog on the link below as there are too many to upload to BnC at the moment. I've posted a selection below - comments and crits always welcomed. Enjoy!

Thanks for your kind words chaps. Although the black/metal was dull to paint at times, the end result was worth it. Some of the more extreme conversions (tanks, attack bike, calgar etc) were also a pleasure to do and the end result was worth it. I'm now starting a whitescars project for the next tournament in October so look out for a project log.
