As can be seen here, the second issue of the Legio Imprint is out.

Most notably for denizens of the Liber Astartes, there's lots of juicy background articles and a campaign featuring DIY chapters created by an assortment of Liber regulars.

What's in this issue?

Editorial FAQ:

So the Legio Imprint isn't just about the Dornian Heresy?

It is not.

Octavulg, what took so long?

It's the Eye of Terror issue. The malign influence of the Warp is to be expected.

Where can I download that sexy Lions of Alba chapter symbol?

Why, right here! The charming and talented Dracul made a decal sheet.

So what's next for the Legio Imprint?

It's a secret. But you'll like it. Though, of course, volunteering to help out is a good way to find out. :P

All I can say is this... pure awesomeness. I admit it has even re ignited some of my passion for the fiction side of this hobby, a passion I have long felt fading...

And on a side note a typo must be near because that post was absolutely garbled when I first typed it...

Congratulation to everyone involved on making such a fantastic Imprint, you've all done a great job.

I'm honored that the Heralds are a part of this. It's been a long time since I've set foot inside the hallowed halls of Liber and I have no plans of sticking around. But I'm still sorry I couldn't be of anymore assistance and I would like to thank you Octavulg for taking good care of the Heralds.

I really enjoyed the read.

Silver Phoenix

Thanks. It's always nice to inspire others.

God, that felt pretentious. :P

Ace

Because I'm awesome and you want to read anything I've ever looked at, let alone edited or authored something for?

Cormac

Surprises are our business. I was surprised, too.

Codex

You were incredibly helpful, and the Heralds were a lot of fun to work with. I may even paint some more Epic guys for them. :)

Does this mean that our merry group of volunteers gets demoted back to Tacticals again? Drat, it was fun while it lasted. :P

That said, I had a whole lot of fun with the Lions project. It's just great how a single idea that, at first glance, wouldn't look like it would fit in the setting (seriously, Shakespeare and Space Marines?) take shape. Too bad we couldn't contribute more after the first an second drafts were written though (I myself was in a particular pickle in my Master's degree program at the time).
