NightHunters Posted September 15, 2012 Share Posted September 15, 2012 Evening all, Having seen all the Forgeworld goodness inspired me to crack on with the Landspeeder, base colours only so far: Spent a long time and many blades de-darkangeling the speeder and replace the old heads on the crew as well. Also regards the comms marine's redonculouse helmet, back at the dawn of time there was a mk6 beakie with the same design, "Marine with scanner" or similar. Personally I love him, hopefully he will be a walking damocles rino, capable of ordering in fire missions/airstrikes/orbital bombardments or similar. Think I'll have yo order 2! And a great FW Whirlwind, as you say the latter won't take much to bring uo to scratch. Almost finished my land speeder, had forgotten how heavy the old metal ones are! The squad leader is being made from Srgt Chronos (with that nice Mk2-3 hybrid armour), the rest of the squad in MK3 armour.
