Storm... ducky?

This is a model a long time in the making. It was originally built as a Stormraven when the kit came out, but I could never decide on a tail end, until the eagle came out... so it was modded... appropriately... At least this can be used in a marine army... *happiness!*

AND YES HE SEES THRU SENSORS... it doesn't really make sense... so don't ask...XD it just looks... interesting that way...:)

AND... just for fun... I seem to have had a recent obsession with duckies...

when i did it way back then, i had decided to use the bigger doors... the new smaller doors are part of the eagle. This is one of those... let's make it up as we go along... designs. It does allow me the option to plonk in LR side sponsons, or any of the sort if I want .

In my brain, I'm visualising a larger, multi-engined version of that as being what a Stormbird should look like.

Longer, with another set of the wing-mounted vertical turbines on the front canards. The nose should be about that size, but the body should be about twice the length and half as wide again. You could have a couple of variations, one with a turret-mount like the Thunderhawk, and a missile armed one as you have here.

The only downside is not knowing how big this is in comparison to a Thunderhawk makes it difficult to judge size.

The Storm-duck looks fantastic though. Really nice job.
