Grim Dog Studios
Hi all, after having quite a large break from 40k for a while, I've returned. After having finished my exams, I now have 9 weeks to kick back, relax and finally paint my Wolves, that have been gathering dust for quite some time. I must apologize beforehand for my terrible photography skills as I am using quite an old and cheap digital camera. and no matter how hard I try to get a decent picture, I can never get it quite right :( I'll be starting off small, but I will get around to showing pictures of my whole army, unpainted in a day or so. So, without further do, I will start off with my plastic Ragnar that I made! And then there is my Rune Priest, slightly modified! Here is my WIP scheme that I am currently working on, just waiting for the wash to dry before I apply another drybrushing, some more washing and eventual highlights. Sorry for poor picture quality, I promise I will try to improve for the next one! I am going for an actual grey scheme for my wolves as I'm not much of a fan of the baby blue wolves that we see in the codex, how they got to the name Space Wolves "grey" for that paint I will never know. subtlebrush
I really like that Ragnar conversion. I also agree on the oddity of Space Wolves Grey being so bright. Keep at it mate!
