Jacinda
Now that it is after midnight and 6th is out .... If I have a model with two different power weapons -- specifically a power sword and a power axe -- how do I work out the Initiative Step, attacks and all that? My roommate swears that you must declare which you are using for that assault and then all attacks are resolved as if only using that weapon. I did not see any mention of two different weapons in the rule book but it is a big book and I may have missed it somewhere. I will tell you up front that if this is the case I will be arming my DCA with one power sword and one power axe so that I can still go at I6 vs normal troops and I1 vs TDA for the AP2 wounds. It sounds like the best possible way to resolve two different weapons so I an hesitant to hope that this is the case. Seahawk
Yes, as detailed on page 51 under "More thanone weapon." You get the extra attack now too! Jacinda
Thank you! I did not think to look in the shooting rules for a melee weapon question. Silly me. :D Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/254944-model-with-two-different-melee-weapons/#findComment-3101567 Share on other sites
Seahawk
Yep! That's why I find it best to read cover to cover before I start asking questions...the answers will typically be found first! :( Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/254944-model-with-two-different-melee-weapons/#findComment-3101738 Share on other sites
