Secondly if he is, which of his tanks weapons can allocate out hits on 6's, is putting him in a crusader a good way to take the Nobs & Rokkits out of Ork mobs? as even snap fire will hit on 6's (with twin linked re-rolls)? To me it sounds like he is not actually doing the firing. The vehicle is shooting and using his BS. So I would guess that it does not get precision shots.
