Converting Wyches to Death Cult Assassins

I want to add another unit if DCA and am thinking about converting the dark eldar models for these. I know I will need to replace their pistols (the plan is to use power axes here) and I will need to use the lest dark elder looking blades I can in the other hand. I will need to file down the ears as well. But what else?

 

What about the shoulder pad? Do I just trim away the spikes or should I remove the pad all together?

 

Then there are the ridges on the back down the shoulder blades. I assume I need to trim these away or would adding a back pack between them look better?

 

Any other "gotchas" I should be aware of or advise I should know?
