6th changes to mh and jotww?

In fifth there was discussions about mh having an unlimited range for its secondary effect as the only way to miss was to be out of range of the primary damaging effect.

I noticed in the 6th rule book the models out of range do not fire. So that seems like that is a sufficient change which now tells us mh is only usable if the target is in range?

Also with the new deny the witch rule I'm still not sure how that works regarding Jotww.

I apologize if this has already been asked but I thought having a conversation about how the new rules might change what seems to always be hotly debated issues in 5th would be a good idea.

I think the wytch thing will apply. Jaws is effecting the unit ... So why wouldn't it. It doesn't say you have to cause any wounds.

Murderous hurrucaine was my favorite power, but you get cover saves now for dang move failures. Plus anyone with move thru cover (all nids for instance) automatically pass dang move tests.

It is a good thing we can choose powers at the start of the game now though.

Reread his post.

Deny the Witch will work against JotWW, but will not against Look Out Sir.
