I know if 5th you needed a 4+ to hit a skimmer when charging, now unless I missed something they are WS 1 if they moved and WS 0 if they havn't. can anyone confirm this? I think they the Jink rule only applies to skimmers via shooting though as a cover save. It's a massive departure from 5th Ed where vehicles that moved were quite hard to hit, especially if they went fast.
