Gondow
I just realized that DC has Black Rage, ie. Rage + Not scoring. DC Dredd just has Rage. that makes me think he IS scoring?! Or did I miss something?
Malus the Destroyer
I'm sure the BA codex says all Death Company units cannot hold objectives, but they all will work as denial units.
DominicJ
I want to say vehicles cant score
Gondow
Dominic, you are correct :/ Malus, it just states in the Black Rage, special rule they can't so... IF the dredd wasn't a vehicle. I'd say it would be scoring. But now a mute point :/ BUT In "Big guns never tire" Vehicles ARE scoring so in that particular instance, DC dredd is scoring?! Chaplain Admetus
Sadly not... Big Guns Never Tire makes Heavy Support units scoring, even if they're vehicles. Death Company Dread comes from the Troops slot.
Zedrenael
Where does it say that vehicles are not scoring. It was my understanding that units embarked in vehicles are not scoring not that dreadnoughts are not scoring?
Drunken Angel
Sadly not... Big Guns Never Tire makes Heavy Support units scoring, even if they're vehicles. Death Company Dread comes from the Troops slot. Stormravens however are heavy support along with standard dreads, devastators and predators. Are they scoring? Gondow
In big guns never tire, they do. and foiled again..."...providing they are heavy support..."
Chaplain Admetus
@ Drunken Angel, since they are from the heavy support section, they're scoring until they become immobilised or wrecked. @Zedranael, first bullet point on p 123 regarding exceptions to scoring units, just after it says that Troops choices are scoring units: "if it is a vehicle, or is a unit currently embarked on a Transport vehicle, or is occupying a building".
