A week or so ago I came across a thread where someone was making their own upgrade kits for chaos Rhinos, Predators and Land Raiders. Sadly, I didn't book mark the thread, nor do I remember what it was called. All I remember was the guy foregoing the whole "Chaos is spiky" routine and did piping along the edges of the vehicles, hatches and sponson cowlings so they match up with the marines better.
