Do I get it correct that force weapons can only be activated in the owning players turn, because you loose all warp charge points after your player turn ends?

So I could never use a activated force weapon in my opponents turn in cc?

No it can be activated in the opponents turn as well, in the rules it says under Generating Warp Charges that your Psyker generate warp charges at the start of each player turn and you lose any unused points at the end of each player turn. So in your opponents turn if you have a PML1 you generate 1 point of warp charge to use on your force weapon that turn.
