Khine
Does anyone know where the head of this marine came from? http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/mediawiki/images/f/f2/Sonsofdorn.jpg Or any similar heads/conversion pieces. Azekai
Yes that is a special edition Veteran Sergeant that came out back in 2004. It was part of a marine army set that came out around the same time as the 4th ed codex. Seleucus
Bitz sites such as: http://www.bitsandkits.co.uk/space-marines...67_678_781.html or http://www.bitzbox.co.uk/index.php/space-m...i-c-204_209_393 However, catching them when they have the bits in stock can be very hit and miss! Various manufacturers' heads are a good substitute, such as: http://www.maxmini.eu/store/index.php?main...;products_id=53 (check there other heads) http://chapterhousestudios.com/index.php?r...;product_id=218 http://sciborminiatures.com/en_,shop.php?art=990 http://www.ebay.com/itm/Kromlech-Bedlam-Fr...=item231d7c5b0b http://anvilindustry.co.uk/index.php?route...&path=60_66 http://www.secretweaponminiatures.com/inde...amp;cPath=47_51 http://puppetswar.com/product.php?id_product=89 Regarding sculpting, Searchy is your friend!: http://www.bolterandchainsword.com/index.p...99&hl=crest http://www.bolterandchainsword.com/index.p...07&hl=crest Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/256192-name-that-bit/#findComment-3117877 Share on other sites
TennisBall
Here's the model complete: http://www.solegends.com/citle/citle2000/a...mserg/index.htm There are no GW crested heads like that that are separate. The closest head that's available is the one attached to the Ultramarines champion. http://www.games-workshop.com/MEDIA_CustomProductCatalog/m1610028a_99060101460_UltramarinesChapterChampion_873x627.jpg For just one or two marines it's probably easier to do it yourself like in the links Seleucus provided.
