Comments welcome. MR.
Disruptor_fe404
Very nice. The boltpistol could use a bit of cleanup though, those highlights are thick. It's kinda jarring with the rest of the model being wicked; clean and crisp! I was wondering how the Anvil cloaks would look on Marines. The answer is 'awesome'. Mazer Rackham
I shall see to that boltpistol. A period of Censure for the "artificer" methinks! Thanks for your kind words Disruptor! MR

Retributis
The only suggestion I would make is maybe some white freehand on the shoulder pads or cape or something to break the colours up a bit.
Adeptus-Alaska
absolutely sweet! I agree with retributis, some white detailing would make this awesome guy just dominate. but maybe something simple like some white piping/edging on the shoulder pads, or silver or gold perhaps...... great work
Mazer Rackham
I shall have a tinker - thank you for your replies chaps. ;) I had thought about an Ultras symbol on the left pad, segmented and stepped to match the armour, but my freehand ain't great! :) I'll see what I can do. Adeptus-Alaska
I had thought about an Ultras symbol on the left pad, segmented and stepped to match the armour, but my freehand ain't great! quick fix, grab a UM transfer, slice it, apply it! should be kinda easy, and will get some serious attention on the table to boot! Mazer Rackham
That is an excellent Idea! Thanks! ++ Yoink! ++ This is only one of five planned lads though - I have to upgrade my skillz just for Sarge..! MR.
Lestat
Glad to have been of service! Those Anvil bits do look nice on the model - gives it a nice Roman feel. You could always add an Ultra symbol to the greaves instead of the shoulder pads - either on the front or the side of the greave would work. Captain Rolunde
I like it! Very well done, imo. :P Quick Question! Are those the shoulder pads that need to pretty much be "carved out" inside to use, or are they pretty well good to go right off the start? Mazer Rackham
@ Lestat - :P @ Captain Rolunde - those pads are good to go straight away. Hardly any cleanup, made of resin. Thanks for the kind words lads. MR.
Rogan
Salve, ancestor! Why did you sound so much like you were apologizing in the first place? A fine warrior. Usually, I'm sceptical about different company parts, but not this time. Fits very well with the GW model. Well done!
