cECoMaSTa
Hi i last time i tested Fenrisian wolfs (one squad - 14 + Cyber Wolf) and they did nice job... what do u think? since now they move 12 and can reroll charge distance + ignore difficult terrain it seems they are preaty gr8. + with saga of wolkin they have I5 so they can beat also lot of marines. Im thinking im gonna play 2x 14 + cyber wolf as (with Cannis they are also troops so i will have place for TWC, Bikes or Land Speeder). Btw one squad cost 128p. What is your oppinion about Fenrisian Wolfs? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/258114-fenrisan-wolfs/ Share on other sites
Blacksad
easily killed, but a great screen unit, aswell as a good huntingunit for the smaller long ranged units. don't think the cyberwolf's worth it though. I'd go for the 15 wolves, period Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/258114-fenrisan-wolfs/#findComment-3140057 Share on other sites
Nadir
Fast marines without armor and dakka weapons. Quite good for seckond punch or to tie enemy till the heavier pals will hit him. Fytharin
I like them, in my first game they destroyed a predator from the rear, was pretty epic. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/258114-fenrisan-wolfs/#findComment-3140527 Share on other sites
WG Vrox
The thing about Fen Wolves is they can not be ignored, yes they die or run away pretty easily, but if you time their arrival correctly it will be your wolves getting shot and not something more vital to your plans. If they get ignored then your opponent has to deal with a decent CC unit that can take down most ranged oriented type units in numbers. 10 + Cyber Wolf seems to be the magic number for me. As mentioned great screen unit if you give them an HQ with a high Leadership, now that an HQ on a bike can join fen wolves (check for local ruling) it gets that much more interesting.
