Iron Father Ferrum
Yeah, they still aren't going to tell us anything concrete about II and XI though. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/258418-the-sigillite/#findComment-3142797 Share on other sites
mmaarrkk
Not listened to a audio drama before, but looks like this will be a first, we dont know much about Malcador but is def a interesting character given the high circles he swims in and the power he controls Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/258418-the-sigillite/#findComment-3142841 Share on other sites

Apothecary Vaddon
I echo Lando's sentiment as he was escaping Death Star II's explosion, if this is legit. If not, I is saddened. Jimmy Carmine
As long as they release it in text form too, I hate audio books They usually do in omnibuses and anthologies, a 30 minute audiobook is usually about 30-40 pages of text far too short to publish on its own. A few more Garro audio dramas and I wouldn't be suprised if this was bundled with them in a Garro anthology. Artein
As long as they release it in text form too, I hate audio books The Dark King & The Lightning Tower and Raven's Flight are going to be released in text form in Shadows of Treachery so other audio-stuff (Garro, Sigillite, Butcher's Nails) are also going to paper at some point. Lord_Caerolion
They had text-versions previously, albeit limited-run editions. Well, Dark King/Lightning Tower did, at least. Apothecary Vaddon
Yeah, audiobooks eventually get converted, but it takes a fairly long time for them to do it. DarkChaplain
BL Blog entry~ http://www.blacklibrary.com/Blog/you-sigil...heresy-art.html If you look closely, you can see that the skulls adorning his throne have roman numerals on them. What could the numbers II and XI possibly mean...? http://www.blacklibrary.com/Images/BL/blog/2012/08/large-sigillite.jpg http://www.blacklibrary.com/Images/BL/blog/2012/08/sigillite-icon.jpg http://www.blacklibrary.com/Images/BL/blog/2012/08/sigillite-staff.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/258418-the-sigillite/#findComment-3144104 Share on other sites
Inquisitor Engel
While I'm happy to put the missing Legions to rest,* I'm actually more intrigued by that faceless-ish mask at his feet... *They're not there for you to make your own chapter! There is a Codex Astartes with ~1000 Chapters, many of whom can be unaccounted for, lost, recovered and refounded in the buerocracy of Terra so you can come up with your own. Pulse
An early Inquisition symbol and an Imperial eagle on fire. The symbols above the numbers could mean all sorts, the Inquisition symbol could mean the Legion had something to do with its founding or could have been wiped out by them, the same for the Imperial Eagle, the fact its on fire means the other Legion might have been killed off in battle or was purged. As for the mask on the floor, i am not sure - maybe its something to do with Malcador's personality having a "public" face and the real very ruthless face he wears most of the time - Maybe it was by his order that the two Legions were "delt with". Let the speculation begin. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/258418-the-sigillite/#findComment-3144192 Share on other sites
Brother Midas
While I'm happy to put the missing Legions to rest,* I'm actually more intrigued by that faceless-ish mask at his feet... I believe the mask is a reference to Nemesis. He wore it as the Master of Assassins I think in an attempt to keep his identity secret?
