Leman Russ Exterminator- Allies?

Oh ok... Hmmm... how to justify the fluff for those extra Imp. Guard soldiers...

Probably gonna buy some Valhallan models and make a squad of Slavoks

I don't think much justification is required. SW's and IG have worked together many times in fluff. For look and feel I'd go with Vostroyans (love the models). If the LR's are painted in SW colors, I'd just keep them that way, and paint the IG totally different. For me, this is more for defiance for GW taking away our beloved tank.

Oh most definitely! Methinks I'll even put a marine on the top hatch with the pintle stormbolter just to rub it in their face.

Anyone know if the forgeworld idea plaguewolf mentioned is do-able?

Although I think, considering the rarity of Space Wolves using the tank, having two in a battle might be a little unusual. Hmmm...

Also the Space Wolves keep their own bondsmen outfitted like a an average PDF plus whatever the Wolves see fit. I'm sure that THE tank named after their primarch has made its way into Fenrisian service. :D

Are you guys aware that the Leman Russ Exterminator made its debut in the 3rd Ed Space Wolves Codex? At one time it was a pattern unique to SW armies.

The Iron Priests in your GC have meticulously kept the tanks alive sacrificing themselves and many servitors and thralls to ensure they keep fighting and killing in the name of Russ and the Allfather!

OR, in honor of your GC delivering results and saving many IG lives, they provided several LRE's in honour of the blood debt.

Yah, fully aware. Got the old codex right here!

Ahh, those should be suitable. Thanks, Lord Ragnarok!
