Wardens of Skorpio

Hi all!!

This is my first attempt at a DIY chapter, The Wardens of Skorpio.

The aim is to collect a full battle company, but knowing me i'll get destracted by other thing (already have plans for chapter master, chief apothecary, chief librarian and master of the forge plus some flyers ;))

So on to some Pics :-

Colour Scheme

Picked this colour scheme because it quick, simple and I should be able to knock out marine quickly in my limited hobby time (4 kids take up a LOT of spare time :P)

Tactical Squad Vexor and Rhino

Here's the first tactical squad with their rhino, all basecoated and ready to go (with some colour already on the rhino)

Here's a pic of what else I have to paint:- 2 10 man Tac squads + Rhinos, 10 man Assault squad, Captain, Command squad + Razorback, Dread + Drop pod, 5 Scouts, Combat squad for Devestators, Chaplin, Libby (both in need of stripping and repainting) and Techmarine

and finally a test for the chapter badge

Thats it for now. Updates will come, but probably slowly. Will also try an make some fluff to go with them ( if the creative part of my brain kick in ^_^). C and C welcome, but be gentle ;).

An interesting an well-done colour scheme. Nice contrast. And being able to use Red Scorpions stuff is ALWAYS a good thing. :)
