chrisc86
Brans are located right here on B&C Bran Redmaw Transfers Just print them with a laser printer on decal laser paper. I would also recommend some Microset as it melts the transfer on perfectly. Thanks for actually caring about the awesome fluff and making a wolves army that is not just yellow shoulder pads. Seems like people dont even know that they are Ragnars company. My Great Company are going to have the Thunderwolf icon on a white background. A bit Stark, but who doesn't love Game of Thrones?! Hfran Morkai
Thanks for actually caring about the awesome fluff and making a wolves army that is not just yellow shoulder pads. Seems like people dont even know that they are Ragnars company. Eh, gonna have to hope someone else jumps in here but I don't think its necessarily like that. Would need to check my 2nd and 3rd ed codeci though which are in storage, should really consider making digital copies of them. >.> But of course if you take one part of the older codeci surely you should apply everything else (Not saying this is whats happening but it does make me laugh during discussions) Which would also mean Scouts belong to the Great Wolf's Company and IIRC are new recruits. Take for example page 80 of the 5th ed SW codex, at the bottom are a host of pads with Blackmane's symbol and various colour backgrounds (and coloration of their Company marking), the actual marking appears to be the important part. Now I'm interested to see what FW do in regards to sculpted Wolf details/brass etch with the Heresy series when its our time in the limelight. Would the Wolves wear a Legion pad or a Company pad? They're Wolves and don't abide by typical Astartes convention with simple numbered companies (though they did during the Heresy) but "Codex" chapters and possibly Legions used more subtle insignia/use of colour to denote Company. Off topic but its interesting, ideally I'd love to see Morkai shoulder pads but this seems both unlikely and if it did happen we'd see Morkai fluffed out if in fact a Lord was even named as such during the Heresy, which would kind of kill my homebrew fluff lol.
