first of i would like to say hello and to say thanks for your many clarifications on many things, it has led to a better under stand of the game for me.

 

if all of the following asumptions are true, it might meen that we are the most OP army in the game(arent we already ;)?)

 

question no.1: in the FAQ does it say theat inquisitors and librarians are the only guys in our army that can use rule book Psychic powers?(i have read it but do not recall that it says that "only they" get psychic powers from the rule book.)

 

question no.2 question in the FAQ does it say that if he has only hammer hand we cannot take powers from the rule book, or that we simply ignore them?

 

question no.3 if justicars can take psychic powers from the rule book and that we can still take powers if they only have hammerhand, could we take the primaris psychic power from divination to let us re-roll failed roll to hits with ranged weapons?

Only Inquisitors and Librarians can take psychic lore from the rulebook.

can you post the area where it says that? i have looked and cannot find it, however if you have found it i would like to see

 

i looked in the rule book and all it seid was that any psyker with a mastyr lvl can take a power, and with Brother Hood of Psykers they count as lvl1

Read the faq or the little card that comes with the psychic power deck.

 

Coteaz, a libby or inquisitors may swap their powers for.... And I forget the rest, Libby has to keep hammerhand.

Psychic Powers

A Grey Knights Librarian may use the psychic disciplines found

in the Warhammer 40,000 rulebook, instead of those in Codex:

Grey Knights. If he does so, generate a number of psychic

powers equal to his Mastery Level from the Divination,

Pyromancy or Telekinesis disciplines (in any combination)

before armies are deployed. If he does so he may not purchase

additional powers. Hammerhand cannot be exchanged in this

manner.

An Inquisitor with Mastery Level 1 can exchange his psychic

power for a single roll on either the Divination, Pyromancy or

Telekinesis disciplines. Coteaz can generate two powers from

either the Divination, Pyromancy or Telekinesis disciplines (in

any combination) in place of those listed on his profile.

 

As it does not mention the other psycers we have with mastery 1 or 2 it looks like we can't use rulebook powers on:

Grand Master Mordrak

Grey Knight Grand Master

Brotherhood champion

Castellan Crowe

Lord Kaldor Draigo

Brother Captain Stern

 

Is this correct? or do they just mention Librarian because he can't swap out Hammerhand, and just mention Inquisitors for mastery 1 and Coteaz because he has mastery 2?

the rule book says the codex's will say who can use the rule book powers, thus the FAQ means that only librarians and inquisitors can use them
