Anythingbutaone
Having built up my Blood Angels army I thought it would be time to add some Sanguinary Guard. (I know they are overpowered but I got them in a trade) I wanted them to look a little bit different, and having just made some Stormboy bases for a friend of mine i thought i would give my Sanguinary guard the same treatment http://www.dcbminiatures.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/Sanguinary-Guard1.jpg http://www.dcbminiatures.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/Sanguinary-Guard2.jpg I'm even considering changing my Death Company to Mrk IV jump packs http://www.dcbminiatures.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/Death-Company2.jpg http://www.dcbminiatures.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/Death-Company1.jpg http://www.dcbminiatures.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/Death-Company3.jpg C&C's Welcome
Olis
Pretty neat, you've got the colour right for the plume I think but I'd personally prefer the models to have their feet dangling over their own bases, to avoid awkward placement in combat. That, however, is a minor personal niggle. Like I said, they look pretty neat.
Captain Juan Juarez
I second Olisredan, with regards to hanging over the edge of the base. But they don't half look cool, dude; I can just imagine that Thunder Hammer coming down with awesome force after a jump
Jerre
These are fantastic! If you are making more, could you take some WIP pics so we can see how you made these?
Kierdale
Very impressive work. Could you tell us how you made them?
Anythingbutaone
I created them from Clump foliage but have cast them in resin so I can make as many as i like. They are custom make to fit the exhaust of the Mk IV jump pack http://www.dcbminiatures.co.uk/wp-content/gallery/blood-angel-flying/bloodangel1.jpg?i=1629690951 They are also for sale on my website
