Elmo's Song and Pocoyo for me.

No, I'm serious, when you have a 2 year old kid running around the only thing you hear in your home while painting minis is kid's music. Otherwise your wife will get mad at you for putting "your nauseating music from hell" (metal) when the kid is present.

Glory days of Manowar and Panthera are gone for a while when I paint.... At least my Wolves are as manly and grey as ever!!!!

Why do the majority of opinions believe Space Wolves would listen to metal/heavy rock?? :)! I can see why the Viking metal bands are put forward as essential listening for a Space Wolf because of the image and vague celtic sound but its still metal/rock????

Is it because they have long hair? Is it because they carry out acts of extreme violence, obviously for the good of the Imperium? Is it because you are placing your own values onto them because thats what you want them to listen to? Space Wolves are super soldiers from a tribal / celtic background, not head bangers!!

Do all the modern scandinavian armies of today listen to heavy rock/ metal? lol ?? NO! There have been some fantastic suggestions on this thread, Wagner etc, and maybe if you were to make a film and use metal/rock in the film score it would make great viewing , but would a Space Wolf listen to it ? imho..... NOOOOOOOOOOOO! I appreciate this thread is just a bit of fun but its a bit thrupenny bit in my opinion. (By the way I personally prefer rock/metal/classical and love most of the songs suggested and have been collecting Space Wolves for 20 years)

Just heard this and the sons of Fenris were what I thought of

Though I admit Archangel by two steps from hell would also suit them, especially in the first war for Armageddon.

My taste in music influenced my choice of Space Wolves over all the other armies, and I know a lot of names.

Ones that really fit include

, Norwegian pagan themed black metal act. The artwork for their album Arntor is my current avatar.

, more pagan themed black metal, this time from Ukraine. Some of their stuff has antisemetic lyrics in case that bothers you, but their most recent and earliest stuff doesn't have it.

Bathory, particularly the Hammerheart album. Viking metal.

and lastly, probably the most fitting of the bunch

Moonsorrow, epic folk (not vikings, they're from Finland) metal, I particularly cannot think about Space Wolves without thinking of the linked song "Raunioilla".

Windir, Nokturnal Mortum, and Moonsorrow sing mostly in non-English languages, which I find more fitting because one of those languages is probably the native Fenrisian tongue.

Nightwish has always been my go to Warhammer 40k music. For Space Wolves I would have to go with their aptly named song "7 Days to the Wolves"

Dude, I was thinking just the same, when I read this OP. I'd say Marco and Eapinu are Vlk Fenryka come back through the warp
