Well - I'm new here and thought I'd put up some pics of my work.

I just collect and paint - I have never played (no friends! :P )

The colours are very nice and crisp and I particularly like the fact you've gone to the effort of putting them into a display base

With the white on the first sternguard, I'd suggest making sure you thin down the paint and build up a strong white over several layers.

Also with the sergeant, have a go at a simple wash and highlight on his face to give him some depth and character.

Awesome first go though ;)

You're slapping hella thick paints on the white. Give it an intermediary like fortress grey, then try the white on top of it.

Yeah the sternguard needs some black lining. The beakie looks pretty good, just needs to thin down the white a bit. Blue looks great, tho!
