Grey Mage Posted September 5, 2012 Share Posted September 5, 2012 Though frankly most people will take the 2 troops it requires anyways at around 2k. So really its just the 'surcharge' of taking a second HQ IMHO. It should be noted that if you take a second FOC you can also take a second allies FOC- and it also requires a single HQ and Troops, and must be from the same army as the other allied force.
