Grimtooth
Really what is the best for any Space Wolves army? It seems like a waste to get Counter-Attack, again, yet that seems like the only warlord tree to use our roll. Anything else worth it at all? Ullr Direfang
Rending Pony? I didn't know there were traits? So much has changed, and for those who want to say it, from what I have seen it is NOTHING like fantasy (yet). Iacton Qruze
I still go with the personal chart. They all have stuff that is worthless, but a full 50% of the personal chart is pretty brutal for SW, with 2 others being potentially useful depending on your warlord. I haven't seen a lot of benefit to the other charts for SW, even with the most ideal rolls, unless you play very differently from the norm. jamsight
Personal most of the time tried command once and it wasn't any good, traits arn't meant to be game winners just something to make your generic HQ options have some flavour also since they are random we really should be experimenting. Torin
well personal is the best thus far... getting FC for being in enemy deplyment is good on you TWlord.... getting FnP for your rune priest with LF at objective is cool. Khine
As i see it .. Command traits, the only really always useful ones are 3 and 4 for SW while the rest are all pretty situational Personal traits, Everything in this block is amazing for us except for one. The other day i decided to be daring and give Bjorn warlord personal trait.. He rolled outflanking, my opponent was not happy to see him and a unit of GHs coming on his backline ( wp with SoH with GH) =p Strategic traits, these can be pretty good but there is a lot of riskie ones that might not have much use. Can be great for extremely versatile army list. Long fangs in ruins with 3+ cover save anyone? eyeslikethunder
Personal w/ TWL 1) the duff one counter attacks oh thanks for nothing 2) furious charge--- nice good enemy objective taker/linebreaker 3)outflank had this on TWL/TWC nice 4)1 VP per character slain very nice makes very hard for your opponent to sacrifice characters to delay you/save wounds especially in low VP missions 5)FNP- handy 6)love this one a scoring TWL oh yeah Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/260943-warlord-traits/#findComment-3175496 Share on other sites
