Ushtarador
So especially the Deathcompany and Sanguinary Guard sprues come with very nice combat knifes attached to grenades, lovely blood drops and everything on the sheath.. if only they weren't almost as long as a marines leg, I'd slap one of those on every model I have. But with their size being what it is, has anyone of you figured out a good place to attach it without making it look silly? Olis
The belt? At an angle? That's how I have done mine in the past. It's either that or, as I have seen before, on the backpack unless you wish to model the marine wielding the knife. Captain Juan Juarez
I have a Marine wielding a pair of Power Swords, with a sheathed blade at the base of his spine and a combat knife hilt sticking up over his shoulder.. This is when I ran out of bladed weapons that I had to hand to stick on. Is there a good way to buy a large number of these without buying the guardsmen that you know of? Ushtarador
mhm thanks for the suggestions :D since nobody said "you missed the obvious spot right THERE" i'll maybe try the backpack with models who dont have jump packs. On the belt is not really fitting either I think, it's just too large. Darklighter
All of mine have gone on the belts I'm not sure why you are having trouble getting them to fit! I use them as decorations for all of my squad Sargents. http://i457.photobucket.com/albums/qq292/Troggman/Blood%20Angels/SARG_zps7e2eb4b1.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/261434-sheathed-combat-knifes/#findComment-3182041 Share on other sites
