Cataphractii power/chain axe

Hey, what does everyone think of the cataphractii power/chain axes? I mean, they look cool, but what are they? Power axes? Chain axes? Are they both, as a chainfist is, or what?

 

I'm not sure how I'd go about painting these bad boys. I think maybe you could do something interesting with an airbrush, having lit teeth with a glowy effect coming off them (I've never tried doing this but I'm keen to). Alternatively, you could paint it like a chainsword (no glow) or like a power axe (make the whole axe head AND the teeth all glowy.

 

Not sure what the best method would be!
