The sallies especially suffer from incomplete "history" and mystery of how their Primarch escaped Istvaan V. They have both received some novellas, but of course those are expensive and many will choose not to purchase. Pertuarbo and Mortarion definitely need some loving as well. I'd especially love to understand what made Mort. want to turn.
