Showcase: Terminators

This topic started off as the Hobbyist Showcase in the Indomitus Project, but I've moved that topic into the Hall of Honour and have merged it with the Terminator Showcase that TRIBUN started.

So this is now a consolidated Terminator Showcase for your finished Terminator models.

Note that I've also made adjustments to the tags. We (the administrators and moderators) have been working on a holistic system for tags so what you see now may change in the near future. Also, I've seen TRIBUN's reasonable request for this topic to be pinned. That may happen, or we may use another method to ensure that this topic remains permanently visible/linked at the top of the page (I'll discuss options with the PCA mods).

Okay, just to get the ball rolling, here are two terminator models I've converted/painted representing Adeptus Astartes from the Legio Bolter & Chainsword.

First is Chief Librarian Kezef, painted for the LPC 2011. He would be used in place of Calistarius (though the sword becomes problematic).

Next is the Terminator version of my mini-me painted way back in 2002. He has an Apollyon pattern chainfist (infeasibly long) and would be used in place of the Blood Angels Space Marine armed with a chainfist and storm bolter.

Yes, that's the mini that served as my avatar for many years.

Depending upon how things go with the Legio, I'll be able to present a full force of Legio Terminators for Space Hulk later. Or maybe I'll have to change them to Deathwatch.

Played Space Hulk a couple of times and I have something of a Terminator obsession, two facts that I find go hand in hand. I primarly got the SH box because I thought the models included were gorgeous and I wanted dynamicly posed Termies with extra bling on them to differentiate my Terminator Command Squads from the regular Sword brethren. Of course when I got them I had great apprenhension for the longest time before I dared put a knife to them. I've started doing so with a few of them and the results can be seen below. Oh, and in case it wasn't clear I play Black Templar.

Just finished these guys for ETL II, figured if we're posting termies here I might as well throw mine up :p

They may not all have the loadouts listed above, but their arms are all magnetized (and CMLs) so switching weapons is totally possible

On the basis that this is an open call to muster our Terminators, here is my quota. The command squad was completed this weekend, but the others (including their converted AoBR extras) are a lot older.

Here are the terminators I did for ETL -- as with everything else of mine, they're a work in progress, and have already changed somewhat from the photos I'm posting here. I had been intending to get them to an even more final state, but with my schedule I thought it best to post what I have available now instead of waiting for my schedule to clear up. I will edit this post with updated photos when I have the time to drag out my minis and photo gear. I'll also work on a crusade-appropriate banner for my bearer (the banner post is interchangeable).
