Ideas for Black Sabbath themed army

Recommended Posts

Well, I'm a Black Sabbath fan, and I was hearing Sabbath Bloody Sabbath just now while reading the forums, and an idea just occurred to me... Neon Knights would be an awesome name for an Slaanesh warband that I have in my head (ahhh, the voices!) that have would some blue neon-like runes over black armor...

But why stop there?

Black Sabbath itself would be an awesome name for a Chaos Warband, and the names of the songs and albums could provide nice inspiration. So, to not limit the creativity, how about a Black Crusade styled army?

These are the ones that came to my head - I tried to restrain myself to the Ozzy/Dio albums, to not get too obscure references:

Black Sabbath - Nice name for the leading warband, or the army itself. It can even be "Black Sabbat", to make it easy to make a fluff;

Evil Woman - could be a Slaneesh cultist champion;

The Wizard - Chaos Sorcerer <_<

Children of the Grave - cool name for a Nurgle warband;

Lord of This World - maybe a title for the Chaos Lord?

St. Vitus Dance - and if the Dark Apostle of the army was called St. Vitus?

Supernaut - Supernauts could be a nice name for a warband as well, but for which god?

Sabbath Bloody Sabbath - "Bloody Sabbat" would work for a Khorne warband...

Sabra Cadabra - Tzeentch warband?

Supertzar - Supertzars could be a warband name as well (or Daemon Prince);

Neon Knights - see above

Lady Evil - another name for that Slaanesh cultist champion

Mob Rules - Cultists! It would be extra nicer to model them as the guys in the album cover.

Master of Insanity - name for a sorcerer or a psyker character?

War Pigs - Nurgle warband? (thanks Jacinda for the reminder!)

Iron Man - nice got a Warpsmith, maybe?

Hand of Doom - good for an warband as well, or Daemon Prince.

Your thoughts?

I know a setting where they called St. Vitus Dance a fatal sickness where, moments before death, the victim suffered expansive spasm of muscles so it seems like it would be dancing. Doesn't it sound to you Nurgle-like?
