It appeaars the models have had some sort of dusting effect applied, makes them look dirty, as chaos should be! You chose this scheme to be quick w/ no metallic is that because of a lack of colors or personal preferance? Either way they look good as the blue and red just flow together. Either way they look good as the blue and red just flow together. thanks for your comment. i think it's just personal preference. i really wanted to try doing the grey/metal patrs without making them look too much like iron or stell. i think with the next miniatures i'll try to shade it down a bit more to achieve more contrast within the grey areas.
