Squeaky Posted October 7, 2012 Share Posted October 7, 2012 Thought id have ago at making a master of the forge for my chapter as the space sharks dont let there techmarines or apothecarys it be a fun thing to make or in my head it sounded fun ive gone for a more gothic looking armor as alot of the art work for artificer armor looksmore like a walking church thought id try something like that still have to find some arms or have the effort to make some but this is how far ive got. ThisisJimmy Posted October 7, 2012 Share Posted October 7, 2012 I'd love to give feedback on that MotF, but a lot of the detail seems to have blended together. I'm certain that it is due to the picture and my tired eyes, so don't worry about that. Slap some paint on it and I'm certain it will look sensational. I really like that Contemptor, really nicely painted. Is the symbol on his knee pad freehand? The weathering on it is also very well done, definitely suits the Charcaradons nicely. Squeaky Posted October 7, 2012 Author Share Posted October 7, 2012 Thanks for the commet "ThisisJimmy" true is the lower half came out a bit crap as this is my 3rd or 4th use of green stuff to more or less make a new figure and i got bored i did him nearly in one hit to that stage so i was begging myself to finish and may have rushed the final bit but nothing a bit of paint cant fix. As far as the Master of the Forge is concerned, I really like him. You did an awesome job on the skulls on his chest. Maybe you should look into obtaining a putty tentacle maker like THESE. Squeaky Posted October 16, 2012 Author Share Posted October 16, 2012 At the moment going with the flow but i want to try and get the savagery of the chapter so im gonna and give them skull trophys and fur as they're tribal to an extent, loads of mkV suits with tweaks and going to make my terminators look animalistc and have a great idea for tyberos the red wake hehe.
