Figured I ought to start a thread to help keep me motivated to work on stuff, despite the fact that it totally didn't work a few years ago when I tried it the first time. Appropriately the first thing on the block is a mini that I had started in the last thread, a power armored company master. He was originally meant to be a stand-in for Pedro Kantor when I briefly flirted with the idea of running a sternguard based Deathwatch army, and after I abandoned that heresy and repented back to the Rock I liked the guy so much that he became re-purposed. Not shown in the awful photos, severed ork head being held by the topknot in his power fist. Things I can already see I need to fix are smoothing out the ammo belt, doing something with the wonky back right corner of his robe, and removing just a little bit of sand from the base. Interrogator Stobz Posted October 9, 2012 Share Posted October 9, 2012 Nice work so far CV, I'm not sure about having a Death Watch pad on a Master but it's your mini. If you want real motivation from this thread, state a time limit for each model/unit to be finished and try to keep that time.
