What it has come down to for me is that IF I run Terminators, I want my Sorcerer with them to buff them and himself with Biomancy. Meaning he would be in Terminator armor as well. If I do not have Terminators, then I would equip him exactly how whatever unit I decided to run him with is equipped. On a bike if running with bikers, jump pack if with raptors (probably never do that, but the option is there), nothing special if running with cultists or a large unit of CSMs. The sheer efficiency of this guy really astounds me. 180ish points for Master Level 3, Term Armor, Brand and Spell Familiar.
