sunspear
I WANT that decimator model. I was goign to use it as a dread, but after seeing the pics showing size comparison I am not sure it cuold be used as a dread. Maybe a defiler? What do you think? Attomsk
Its probably closest to a Forge Fiend. It can have a loadout very similar to one as well. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/262987-fw-decimator-model/#findComment-3203819 Share on other sites

And kind of keeps the previous aesthetics from the Drednoughts and the Defiler. Speaking of, I wonder if they will do a re-kit of the Defiler to make it more...muscly, or just include the Soul Grinder bits to make it so. Zeller
Why would the defiler be muscley? It's a machine husk entombing a demonic spirit. There is no warp mutation pre se unless the hull has spent time in the warp. I don't think chaining up a defiler in a hangar while it's between battles while it's possessed is going to be even mildly safe. Isabelle
Why would the defiler be muscley? So they can rename it in a future codex, and make an all new kit- those muscles will probly make it cost another 15 or 20$ :P Im with you on liking the Decimator model, but the defilers to pack a whole bunch of different stuff that might be hard to properly represent with just 2 arms. sunspear
Yeah they defiler probably isn't the best choice. The model is nice though. Maybe down the road I will just use it as a decimator. My group wouldn't mind. No kidding. Hellstalkers, anyone? :tu: Probably have to strap on more guns to be a legitimate counts-as. A shoulder-mounted battlecannon would be fun!
