maverike_prime
I ran across this idea on a blog, it seemed like a good idea so I gave it a while. $10 worth of electric candles, $3 worth of PolyFill, some hot glue, some spray paint and presto! ! Subtle Discord
I've been wanting to do this for a while. So simple, yet result is actually very convincing. Kierdale
Working on some myself now in my Terrain thread here. Maverike Prime, you've done a beautiful job on them! With the black spray you kept it more to the top and left the lower areas white? I'd appreciate any advice on the spraying bit as I've bough grey and black but have yet to use them. I did a layer of yellow covering the entire thing first. Left that to dry, then came back with the black going heavy on the very top and shading it the further down I sent. The key is to go from dark on the top, to just barely there at the bottom with the black.
