BROTHERS! Help me make a list (returning player)

Hello brothers..

 

I need some help building a list. I probably wont be playing at my LHS but I could. My main opponent will be a NID player, I just got the codex and the new rules and have been going through them and feel a bit overwhelmed please help!

 

I'm looking to include a few key things in this list:

 

 

1750PTS

 

-HQ

-Paladins (5 or so as I just got a pack of terminators) OR regular terminators

-2x Strike Squad or something similar in 10 man config if possible, but you know best!

-2x Land raiders

-2x Dreads/ Dreadknights

-maybe an assassin?

 

Looking to be competitive but also looking to have a lot of fun, and to keep the model count down.

 

Please help me out, with the basics and we can continue to refine the list!
