Fodren Posted October 18, 2012 Share Posted October 18, 2012 I have converted my captain to carry a relic blade and I wondered if he can also carry a bolt gun or storm bolter ect in his off hand? I know the relic blade is a two handed weapon in melée but I wondered if he could still fire in the shooting phase? Any help and comments would be greatly appreciated. Two-handed only prevents you from getting an extra attack in melee for having two weapons. It does not limit your shooting options. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Pariah Mk.231 Posted October 18, 2012 Share Posted October 18, 2012 Sure can, you can even hold a storm shield in your other hand with no negative effect. As Morollan said, a two-handed weapon only prevents you from gaining an additional attack from a second melee weapon, it doesn't actually prevent you holding another item in your off hand and using it (a ranged weapon to shoot or a storm shield for a 3+ invulnerable).
