If you're talking about killing each other in battles, I think I ran some estimates and battles won't be long enough for it to happen...they have too many wounds and high invun saves combines with "It will not die" take masses of plasmas and meltas instead!

If you're talking about comparing their battlefield potential it depends entirely on your army set-up and battle plan.

We did a few recently, most are pretty even.. Horus however will always win due to the claws special rules, few wounds to that & the other primarch cant fight back.

In normal battles mortarion is the best tho, uber survivable, able to shred units, able to teleport, makes his army better & can hurt almost everything in the game to some degree

Angron is a REALLY straightforward beast of a fighter. He basically has like WS7 with a ton and a half of Initiative 6 Power Fist equivalent attacks.

I'd like to see how he does against Mortarion's insane durability.

I played last night vs emperors children and got angron vs fulgrim. Angron lost handily. WS9 isnt really that good because you never hit on better than a 2 and and they never hit on worse than a 5 even if theyre ws1 vs 10. Fulgrim has better initiative, and angron's armour save is 3+/4++ WHICH IS FREAKIN LAME. I feel like in combat with anyone other than another primarch he would wreck, but I also feel like every other primarch is better in 1v1 because of armour.
