Can't Hurt it H-t-H rule

So I'm sure I saw somewhere in the rulebook that if a unit is in hand to hand with something they can't damage for whatever reason, they can voluntarily break & fall back. However, looking over the rulebook, I can't see this anywhere. Have I dreamt it up?

Thanks in advance!

No. Pg 26. Our Weapons are Useless. Can choose to fail the Morale test for losing combat. Be warned, your unit can still be caught up in a sweeping advance when you do this.

YES that's exactly the one! :)

I don't know how I managed to miss it!

GC08 is right - you need to lose combat to apply the rule. Simply because you don't take the test until you lose combat! If it's a tie, combat simply continues and no test is taken, thus no test to automatically fail.

Yes, but on this forum we don't have to worry about that ;)

Curse you, Imperial dog! Not all power-armored forces have ATSKNF :P
