Doing a single character in that scheme would do my head in let alone an entire army!!! My only small crit if anything is that I don't think your bases are doing your minis justice at the moment, just look a little flat compared to ll the beautiful shading you have on the marines? His basing tutorial(which is awesome, BTW), is on this thread as well. really cool ruins/battlefield look. I think they would really make this beautiful army over the top........ If you ever have the time and inclination to snap some step by step WIP shots they'd be really interesting to see.
