Hi fellow Ultramarine fans!

It's been a long time since I posted any pictures of my models online. Anyway, I thought you guys might like to check out my Ultramarine Librarian, pictures of which are on my blog, here.

I'll post a picture here as well (I'm kind like that :P).

Very nice. I notice there's writing in the appropriate places, brother. That's what I like to see. Very well done it is, too. Use a micropen? :)

Thanks! No, I don't use a micropen, though it is a technique I've heard good things about. I just use a decent brush with a nice fine point, thinned-down paint, and a light touch. I 'wiggle' the brush a little as a draw it along to give an impression of different letter heights. I also try to leave little spaces occasionally to give the impression of words.

Thanks, emperors immortals!

I'm not much of a gamer since I play quite rarely and tournies aren't my thing. But my Wolves are intended to be a bit more of a hassle to deal with than my Ultramarines have been. A touch more competitive I suppose.

But mainly, it was Dan Abnett's portrayal of the Wolves in Prospero Burns that inspired me to start a force of them for the sheer fun of it.

No, I'm not an Aussie; I'm from the hemisphere that has regularly been voted 'Most Northern' for the past 5 billion years. Specifically, the UK.

Sorry folks, I totally forgot to post a photo of my Terminators on this thread after I posted them up the other day! Will rectify that immediately and will spend double time in the practice cages.

Loads of pictures are on my blog.

Thanks for looking!

So we are not counting geomagnetic reversal then?

The SH conversion pieces look great, I cannot wait to see your SWas im a fan of your work.

Also, the Aussie comment was meant to be more fraternal then accusatory :D

To try out my new light night I photographed my Calgar mini. Lots of photos on my blog here.

Otherwise, here's a pict-capture:

These guys were a lot of fun. I used a lot of parts from the FW Sevrin Loth set.

Thanks for the kind comments ;)

It spurred me on to post another mini: my power armoured Librarian kitbash.

I did this quite a while ago now, but never mind. Lots of different bits on this guy. He was a blast to build and paint.

These are fantastic. I like the Librarian but not a huge fan of the psychic hood, I'm afraid. I really like the Command squad though. The Champion and the Mk. III-armored plasma gunner being my favs. Clever use of bits.

Maybe the pingo ate your baby. I really felt that it needed to be said sometime... That is all. ;)

Those are some very nice Ultramarines. I've had a look at your blog too and your Space Wolves are top notch - some very well thought out conversions and poses, especially the posing on your Wolf Priest. It's nice to see someone who collects the same two chapters that i do. I'll be following your blog from now on i think :).
