Gareth
Recently documented how I paint my Ultramarine Vehicles on Tale of Painters. I thought I would share the end result of a pre-weather vehicle. Here is my drive me closer so I can hit them with my sword Land Raider. http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-QHu04pOxgZY/UIsTuNlgigI/AAAAAAAACco/RLtnWyy5lzY/s1600/IMG_4601b.jpg I'll be posting the how to weather vehicles tutorial on Saturday, but here is a sneak peek. http://i74.photobucket.com/albums/i278/Gareth_tyranids/IMG_4635.jpg

Urauloth
A very oldschool shade of blue there, don't see many Ultras that bright these days. Great work, love the lights and lenses. Tank commander looks fantastic as well, you should snap a closeup of him if you get the chance. Out of curiosity, how much of this was painted in one piece as opposed to sub-assemblies? (also every time I see one of those damn crusaders I want one... bloody loyalists and their fancy toys  )

There you can see how i painted the model in sub assemblies and you can see a close up of the gunner.
pingo
This is a really lovely paint job, Gareth. It's all so neat. Every element, even the small details, are painted with the same care and attention.
