truesonofruss
Brothers of the Fang. I have recently been on a codex binge and have found PDF's for every codex. As I was going through my third Ed ones I found an assassin's codex. It feels a bit incomplete though because it only covers 2 of the 4 temples of the assassin's. Does anyone know where I can now find them. I have peaked through a bunch of codex including the Imperial Guard codex which is where I was told it was located but then couldn't find it. Since the codex for assassin's is from 1999 can I still use it since it was a stand alone book or can someone give me the location of where I can find it. I am looking to add a vindicare Assassin to solo his way across the map near my Lone wolf to make them a devastating team of killy. truesonofruss
Ok... I of course then found it in the Witch hunters codex. My follow on question has thus become, with 6th ed rules can I still field one by the old rules with the assassin just by itself as an elite choice? WLK WLK, I love you a little bit right now. maybe a lot. That means I need to dig out my grey knight codex then...I think he would make a very good assistant to the lone wolf covering him with expert deadly fire (at least by the old rules). Here is to hoping it works out well. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/264747-assassins-in-modern-40k/#findComment-3225997 Share on other sites
henrywalker
you'll have to take some troops and an hq from GK to do that. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/264747-assassins-in-modern-40k/#findComment-3226011 Share on other sites

Just take a deep breath, it'll pass soon. and the new Assassains are downright scary. a few cheapo squads are needed to field them though.
