Somar
very nice, looks very steam punkish, not a big fan of the model though, it looks okay with the ecto head, but the dino stuff just does not do it for me. the gold just looks a wee bit too shiny for the rest of the model, very minor detail though, great job, looks nice and banged up. Prot
I love what you did with that model. It looks truly ancient, and almost 'Giger-esque' to me in a monochromatic sort of way. Being SUPER nitpicky here... my only hesitation is on the gold on the ends of the hades turret arms. The gold just looks so pristine whereas the rest of the model looks like it's been wacking loyalists since the dawn of war. Beautiful paint job. The metals and weathering are really well done. As a side note, I assume it's nurgle? That style of paint job suits it so well. I wonder how it would look with so much weathering on something like red corsairs, or night lords.... armies that usually look quite 'neat' and bright.... Awesome. The Nephilim
That is gorgeous. I wasn't going to comment really until I saw the vents/coils. The way you painted those really made the model pop.
