Finally starting the backpack ! i'm starting with an Ork bike generator ( Forgeworld ) It looks massive, old, and full of rivets ! perfect for iron warriors ! I just need to make some Chaos style modifications, adding some cables,... For the rest ... just some rivets here and there, battle damages, ... And another shot of the "trophy" imperial fist ! ( haters are gonna hate ! ) Any comments / ideas concerning the backpack are welcome ! Thanks again brothers ! see you soon with another bionic ! I finally voted for the shooting weapon fixed on the bionic arm ... too much maybe ? nooooo ... i don't think so ! I also started the second leg, ( bionic again ! ). enjoy ! for the second arm i'm a bit stuck ... giant power fist ? ... some kind of BIG bolt pistol ... ? daemonic fist ... ? other ? Much better than the old metal prince, and much much better than the wonky plastic one. The only thing I would change is the positioning of the underslung weapon. A more relaxed position closer to the body would convey its weight better, and make it look more impressive. Only comment I have is to try and file/cut (with a very sharp scalpel) all hard edges to "get rid" of some of the inherit softness of green stuff. Though it's a minor thing that might be hard to see when it's painted, so it might not be worth it. There is quite a lot of finishing work to be done, but if you continue with the same focus on quality you have displayed so far, then ladies and gentlemen we are looking at a Demon contender. Consider a professional paintjob, or painting classes, or DVD lessons. Or at least youtube lessons. There are lots and lots of fine painters in Europe.
