(say Stern guard). Since they have a rated capacity listed in brb. Also rhino states no models in termy armor may be inside. Yes, it is possible to to have an IC with Jump Packs or TDA attached to a unit with a Dedicated transport, as there is nothing saying that the unit must be embarked in the DT. If you want the IC & unit to embark then it must meet the restrictions place on it by the transport (no Jump Infantry unless specifically permitted, no TDA in a Rhino/R.back, enough Transport Capacity for all models). Droppods can have embarked TDA (as it is not restricted like Rhinos/R.backs) but there are only a few instances were TDA models have permission to embark in a Droppod (Wolf Guard TDA can buy one, TDA ICs can attach to units with enough TC available in their Droppod...)
