drop pod question

I was wondering, is it possible to have an IC with either a Jump pack or termy armor attached to a squad that has a dedicated pod. (say Stern guard). Since they have a rated capacity listed in brb. Also rhino states no models in termy armor may be inside. Í also know that wolves use termys in pods but they cant deepstrike at all.

Yes, it is possible to to have an IC with Jump Packs or TDA attached to a unit with a Dedicated transport, as there is nothing saying that the unit must be embarked in the DT. If you want the IC & unit to embark then it must meet the restrictions place on it by the transport (no Jump Infantry unless specifically permitted, no TDA in a Rhino/R.back, enough Transport Capacity for all models). Droppods can have embarked TDA (as it is not restricted like Rhinos/R.backs) but there are only a few instances were TDA models have permission to embark in a Droppod (Wolf Guard TDA can buy one, TDA ICs can attach to units with enough TC available in their Droppod...)
