Chaeron
Hi all, With the release of the 'Eavy Metal Citadel Edge Paint Set - I'm wondering whether it may be a worthwhile investment. The trouble is, at the moment, I am unsure how many colours I'd actually use. But, that besides - how does the quality compared to your standard GW paints rack up? Is it a good product, or better than many of the others? Or - indeed, competitiors? I realise it's early on - but I did wonder if anyone had used it and if they have any views. Cheers in advance! S.k.i.t.t.l.e
I can't see how it would be worth £35 for nine paints.... Even with a book and a brush. You can easy make your own highlight colour by adding white, cream/bone colours etc. The guy that makes the videos on youtube under the name of Obsidian Painting raves about using P3 Menoth White Highlight to add to your base colours to make highlights as it is a pigment heavy paint, but is slightly de-saturated in colour. Just my $0.02 Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/266437-eavy-metal-citadel-edge-paint-set/#findComment-3245635 Share on other sites
